Second salmon fishery list
Union clears 209 seiners, 68 packers
A second clearance list released to The Fisherman by the UFAWU this week contains the names of 119 seiners and 23 packers. With 90 seiners and 45 packers previously cleared for salmon and listed in The Fisherman of June 28, the total number of seiners cleared to July 3 is 209 and the total number of packers, 68.
Names of seiners on the new list, given in alphabetical order, are followed in each instance by those of their skipper and boat delegate.
