Racist circular under investigation
VICTORIA -
The RCMP here are investigating the source of a racist circular left recently on car windshields in the downtown area.
The circular, promoting the Church of the Creator (COTC) says the "church" is a racial religion "whose prime goal is the survival and advancement of the white race."
Brought to the attention of the police by Victoria's newly-organized Community Relations Committee, the circular
says COTC's "first and. foremost problem is saving the white race from mongrelization and genocide" and to "straighten out the conftised and scrambled thinking of.the white race itself."
COTC says that' 'once we have accomplished that much, getting the Jews, niggers and mud faces off our backs will be relatively easy."
COTC lists as its address P.O. Box 400, Otto, North Carolina, 28763. The circular pays people to distribute the fiver at the rate of 100 for $lO.
