Hamilton's Adas Israel Men's Club of Hamilton at the opening dinner meeting presented Harold Bernstein with the Man of the Year Trophy for 1961 - 1962. This handsome Trophy donated by Gary Fi7dman is to be awarded annually to the man most, deserving of the title "Man of the Year".
Harold Bornstein, in addition to his services in all phases of Men's Club activities is also a staunch worker on the Board of Governors
of the Synagogue and also holds important elected offices on various committees dealing Avith Jewish education and Kashruth as a representative for all Hamilton Jewry.
Following the presentation Chester Wa.\man, Chairman of the Israel Bond Drive for the coming year spoke on the Drive programme and the continuing need for all to purchase bonds. Sam Pas-is introduced the speaker, Rabbi Morton Green, who
spoke on the organization of Mens' Clubs and their re lationship to the Synagogue.
The incoming Presideht,: Morris Waxman, introduced the new executive: Hy Rot-man - 1st Vice; Abe Holz -2nd Vice; Hany Laskin - 3rd Vice; Husky \Va.\man - Secretary; Harold Bornstein -Treasurer; Ralph Cohen -Trustee; Lou Cowitz - Trustee; Irving Dulberg - Trustee.
He also introduced all the new committee chairmen and outlined the programme for the coming year.

phets are studied in the Hebrew original with a Yiddish translation. All Jewish Holidays and celebrations are studied and obserx'ed. The children are introduced and made familiar with the State of Israel as the spiritual Centre of the Jews the world over.
Parents who are really interested in giving their children a Jewish-National education, should not delay, but register them at once, so that the children should not miss the beginning of the school work.
