JERUSALEM, (JCNS) — The Central Committee of Hapoel Hamizrachi, the trade union wing of the 'National Religious Party, voted to hold its forthcoming hatio^ nal elections along constituency lines.
This Is seen as a victory for the head of the party, Mr. Moshe Shapiro, over those who proposed that the delegates to the party convention be appointed by the existing branch leadership.
Mr. Shapiro's declaration that open constituency elections would infuse new blood in the party won the day.

PLAN MODERNIZATION OF CAMP MA$AD Leaders of Ontario's only Hebrew speaking camp, Mosad, met with officials of the Keren Hatarbuf in order to effectuate vast improvements and complete modernization. Wilferd Gordon, Q.C., and Saul Sigler, who in recent years carried main responsibility for Camp Mosad, held a joint meeting with other personalities active in the Hebrew movement who ore now on the board of Mosad. At this meeting, all details for new buildings were worked out and it is expected that, for the new seoson, Mosod will be one of the finest camps in Canada. Miami, Florida — The growing popularity of Miami | Beach, Florida, as a retirement center was attested to this week with the announcement that the Blackstone Retirement Hotel plans to i build a 14 story, $1,500,000 ' addition to its present 252 room structure.
The announcemerit was made by Michael Sossin, LL.D., executive director of Florida Living For The Retired, Inc., who said that construction will begin "as soon as possible."
