DELICATE BALANCE A Delicate Balance, playing another week at CKeefe Center, concerns a genteel couple, seemingly secure, who welcome two strangely frightened friends into their home. The visitors join the wife's alcoholic sister as permanent members of the household, a condition that draws the passionate resentment of their daughter who returns home trailing the wreckage of her fourth marriage to find her room occupied. Against this deceptively simple background playwright Edward Albee weaves another erf his devastating tapestries erf searing emotion.
AWARD WINNER Brian Friel's award winning play, Philadelphia, Here I Come!, internationally acclaimed as one of the most distinguished of modern plays, opens attheRqyal Alexandra Theater this Monday, March 13th. Tlie original New York Cast will reenact the roles they created. Stars are Donald Donnelly and Patrick Bedford.
The comedy-drama concerns the last hours spent by a young man in his na-
tive village of Ballybeg, Ireland, before he breaks friends and family ties to head for fortune and a new life in America. The young man and his father lacked communication and were in-articidate in the expression of their true feelings.
CENTENNIAL PLAY Aries Productions now is in rehearsal for their Centennial project, A Capful of Pennies, by Canadian playwright, Jdm Coulter. The play deals with an actor in the role of himself, the offstage life of famous Edmund Kean who lived in the early 1800's in England. Sean Mul-cahy, well known actor-director in Jewish circles, will create the role of Kean.
Opening date has been pushed to March 22nd, giving the most successful Right Honorable Gentleman another week.

On his return from the talks the head of the Israeli Ministry' of Transport? s civil aviation department, Mr. Naphtatli Ben-Yehuda, announced that the talks had been successful. There had been no change in the agreement signed in January 1966 he said.
But the "agreed minutes" of the meeting - the only thing that was agreed - showed that the talks had been far from successful. The Scandinavians told the Israelis bluntly that unless Israel changes her mind by September about banning charter flights, which are very popular in Scandinavia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark will aiUow the agreement to lapse in March of next yeari
Charter flights accounted for 40 per cent of all air traffic to Israel in 1962, the year when the International Air Transport Association recommended that charters should be replaced by group
flights. Israel was the drily country in the w6rld to accept this as binding and ban charter flights, although some other countries have introduced certain restrictions on charters.
The charter ban was imposed at the insistence <rf the national airline,"^ El Al, which was frightened of losingcon-siderable business to charter companies if they were allowed to operate in Israel. The Transport Ministry is the only Govemmcint department actively supporting the charter ban.
