STUDYING IN JERUSALEM.- Martin Penn of Montreal, a history and philosophy student at McGill University is attending the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for his junior year. Martin, of 5227 Cumberland Avenue, Montreal, decided on Jerusalem University because "I'm Interested in Jewish history and philosophy and this is the place to study it." He is one of 3,200 overseas students at the University, which this year has a record enrolment of 15,300.

Frankfurt (JCNS).- A new street in the northern district of this city has been named in memory of Dr. Eleonore Sterling, the German Jewish sociologist and authoress, who died, aged 43 years, at the end of 1968 soon after her appointment as professor of political science at Osnabrueck Pedagogical Academy.
Dr. Sterling was a frequent contributor to the Jewish Chronicle.
